The training Irene & her FQS team delivered was very relevant to the audience and was delivered in a very easy and comprehendible way. This gave our staff a heightened awareness on the critical nature of the specific tasks they were completing. This training encouraged staff participation and interaction. Following the training, our staff were proactive in relation to security improvements, now that they fully understood the relevance of it to their workplace and their role. Ultimately, this means our business is fully compliant and our staff are aware and professionally trained to complete the job.
